About The Run
I'm off on an epic adventure this year, following the American Discovery Trail Central Southern Route for 90 days from just outside Cincinnati into downtown Denver in partnership with Girls on the Run. I'll run approximately 23 miles a day for 90 days, stopping in communities along the way to talk with girls and families about their limitless potential!
Follow along as I document my journey, and join me in making a difference for girls and their communities by donating to Girls on the Run and the American Discovery Trail (all donations go directly to these great non-profit organizations). Donations made to Girls on the Run are used to help at-need girls cover season fees. Donations made to the American Discovery Trail help trail coordinators maintain and build awareness of the trail.

Support Midwest Girls and Communities!
Your support of my run across the Midwest goes directly to Girls on the Run Midwest councils and the American Discover Trail. Please consider donating today.
